Suur Äri OÜ (doing business as Big Business and bigbusiness.ee) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides virtual office services, including business addresses, mail handling, and receptionist services. This policy explains how refunds work for our services. For questions, please contact us.
The virtual office address subscription is paid upfront for the selected subscription period (i.e., monthly or annually). Once activated, the address service is considered consumed and is non-refundable, as it provides immediate access to our virtual office address and associated benefits.
Any additional services, such as mail forwarding and mail scanning, are billed upon use. Once these services are fulfilled or consumed, they are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through your account portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current subscription period and will not auto-renew thereafter. No refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of the active subscription period, except as noted below.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription date for a full refund. To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. This applies only to the initial subscription fee and not to any additional services already consumed.
